Since discovering iMemories, I have had every slide and video of mine digitized by them. Everything from the packaging to the timeliness has been extremely easy and hassle-free I have told many friends and family members about my experience and love of this company, and many have ordered from them and share my experience. I have the app and love watching my kid's baby videos whenever I want! (which is too many times, if you ask my kids!)
All work was done as advertised. It took a little longer than we wished for results.
It was kind of hard to negotiate the order at first, but I am pleased so far. I have to yet really go through the videos.

Communication was very good. I think I was expecting too much from my 20 yr old VHS tapes. The digital end product was fine just not as clear as I was hoping. At least now the memories won't fade anymore and I can watch them at any moment.
I had 13 items -reels to video cassette from a camcorder and was satisfied with my digitize films. I shared it and put it in Facebook and I had so much reviews from family, friends and relatives. A lot of them were thankful to see it. It just made you really think how precious those memories are. I only wished I had more of them to share! Thank you for bringing us back to our childhood!

Very happy with my experience. So glad to be able to see older relatives that have passed. Such a blessing.
My only serious complaint is the "upload" of my iPhone photo's into my iMemories cloud account.
I might have, say, 200 photos to upload, and about 30-50% in it stops -- and I have to either go back
And set up a new album and try to finish the upload and maybe a third album set up.
I was able to share digital versions with my family & let them decide if they wanted to order 'permanent' media from the site. Also didn't have to guess who would want dvd/blue ray, etc.
Customer service walked you along as well when you had questions
I wish they were available on your website for longer without paying a fee.

I received a confirmation email that my media was received quickly. They are really good at following up via email. Once we decided to go ahead and digitize our memories. It took a little longer than I expected. I don't remember getting an expected timeline of how long it would take. But then again, the world is in a pandemic. The digitizing is very good. I sent films that were in not a great quality and I'm sure they did the best they could. I really like the convenience of our memories being easily shareable. I'm still awaiting an email telling me when my media will be returned to me. I'm not exactly sure when that will happen. I was expecting some sort of 411, since they're really good at sending emails. I think I'm going to have to reach them and ask when should I be expecting my media back. They are upfront about the cost. It was more expensive than I expected. But I'm glad we finally digitized our memories. That task is finally off my checklist.
It's wonderful to see videos from 20+ years ago. Some people are no longer here and to see and hear them again is so great.
I'm so glad I had iMemories convert my old family videos to digital. I hadn't seen them for years and they were slowly being destroyed sitting in my garage in extreme weather. I couldn't watch them because they were in multiple old formats. IMemories brought them back to life for me and my family to enjoy again! Thank you!
