I sent iMemories 17 old video tapes - Hi8s and DVs. They did a great job of digitizing these and keeping me informed throughout the process. Once on their website, the videos were easy to watch, but the downloading process was very slow and cumbersome. We eventually were able to get these onto our own hard drive, but it took a very long time. I wonder whether that's an incentive to use their subscription service?

So easy to secure these memories forever! We brought up the online videos during our Christmas gathering and had so many laughs. No more worrying that those VHS recordings are damaged or misplaced.

You pay to digitize then pay again to get in a form to view. I thought I could put them on my hard drive and do whatever I wanted. I got mine as DVD's which was the best for me.

I thought I ordered DVDS not viewing online and sharing etc. So this ended up costing me a lot of money. Not sure I will use your service anymore.

As I was reviewing my pictures my childhood came back of such beautiful memories that could have been lost I am grateful that I will be able to show my granddaughters

My 8mm films were converted to digital and were a joy to see again. Everything I sent was digitized successfully except one reel from 1948 that had started to degrade. I'll be sending that to a professional service since iMemories chose not to attempt converting it. Please with everything so far. Still waiting on my films to be returned. So I'll reserve my final rating until then.

I memories did an excellent job converting my VHS tapes. I have enjoyed taking a trip down memory lane since I haven't seen these tapes in about 40 years. Highly recommend IMemories.

I sent off 26 videos in 2 or 3 formats and they successfully digitized them all. I've downloaded them all to an external hard drive - their download process is slow but you can right click on a video and choose Save Video - that is fast! This is worth the price because I intended to do it for years and never got anywhere.

Multiple films were submitted to be digitized. Turn around time was very quick. Pleased with the end result.

Very good results. The difficulty was navigating your very busy website, trying to figure what the next step was to edit my slides properly and arrange them for a DVD. Fortunately, telephone assistance was available.

You only pass this way once. The things you saw yesterday are in your heart and mind. The things you see today will be lost in time, unless you save them to photos or movies.
I am so thankful that I found Memories. We now have beautiful family memories that were lost. Memories of our daughter who passed away at the age of 11. These are priceless.
