Was a little nervous at first not knowing if my old tapes were going to get converted properly but Imemories provided excellent feedback all along the process with each step. Now I can watch and share old videos anytime I want with it being on digital.

This service is exactly what I needed. They made it so easy and I felt comfortable using their FEDEX tracking for my videos. So happy to download and send to my family who hadn't seen these memories years! Worth the money and so glad those boxes of old videos are gone!

I was able to view and share videos easily & quickly. I even directed my in-laws through the site and app over the phone - major win! The period between mailing my memories and them beginning to digitize was longer than anticipated but understandable. Once they began, the order was completed quickly. The quality is great. We will be sending the rest of our memories here to finish the job!

Sent in 15 videotapes for processing. Handled expeditiously. Was able to easily use a gift certificate. Was able to download the digitized versions without problems. Tapes were shipped timely and returned as promised.

Well all I can say is that they did what they said they're going to do. I sent in two very very old VCR videos of my grandmother and uncle's funeral. It turned out great! I was able to share it was my other family members that weren't there or that forgot about the funeral and needed a refresher LOL. But everybody was happy and so was I. Thank you so much

Once I received notification that my transferred videos were available I'm having difficulty downloading and saving videos to my iPad. It's difficult to find help for this on the website, I'm not that technology proficient.

I couldn't wait to receive them and when I did I was able to look at them on my phone and share them with my family. Good Job!

The entire process was very smooth. The hardest part is picking and choosing what to send in. The download process was a bit clunking but they rolled out a new version that is improved. Love having all these old memories that I couldn't access now digitized.

So simple! They send the box, I returned with the media. A few weeks later, I got the email and see it all online, and it's easy to share/save. Then my media came back in a box yesterday. Couldn't be more user friendly.
