This was such an easy and perfect experience! So excited to be able to share the old videos that have not been watching in years!
Everything worked out well. Ordered the box, mailed the tapes and CDs, received feedback from iMemories when they were done and got to download digital copies of my videos and pics. Watched them last weekend. Priceless.
So happy I did this! These films were just collecting dust! Now we can enjoy the memories!
The hard part was picking the photos. But they came back clearly accessible on the iMemories cloud, in a timely fashion and at a good price. So glad I did this and I may do more. Thanks, iMemories!

They did a great job converting the old videos. The only down side is that you have to pay for a subscription to keep the videos.
It's been a long process, I was pleased to finally see my movies, still waiting on my originals to come back. Will probably send another group of movies to get made.

The customer service from iMemories was great which is good because I forgot to include a key piece of information when I sent in my VHS tapes to be converted to digital. Luckily, they were able to find my tapes and complete my order. The quality of the digital conversions is not as good as I expected, but that may be because of the quality of the original recordings.
If you send any copyrighted material (I tried to digitize copies of 1994 NY Rangers games I had recorded) they will charge you anyway.
I understand adhering to copyright laws (wish I had realized that beforehand). But I paid $80 for 4 tapes ($50 for tapes and $30 for shipping) that they did nothing for (they claim they had to digitize them to confirm they were copyrighted - They were clearly labeled what they were).
My sense is they do a good job, but it isn't cheap to begin with, and it certainly is frustrating if you end up paying for nothing.
I guess I waited to long to covert my VHS and Mico tapes because either i memories were unable to convert most of them or the online view were distorted.
I had to problem with imemories. I though my video's was a thing of the pass with VHS not selling anymore, but thankfully imemories converted them and now I can watch them whenever, where ever.
Great service. A little difficult to understand process from their Website, but their customer service representatives helped answer my questions.
I can now view all my old videos that were on the apes I could no longer play. Very smooth and easy process.

I was extremely concerned about separating with my cherished memories, but iMemories came through! I never watched the videos because it was too cumbersome to do so. Digitizing by iMemories provided lots of joyful surprises from memories I had forgotten about! Now I can easily access them on my iPad, and share with my loved ones. I was not going to purchase the cloud subscription, but the platform is so user-friendly and I will send more media soon.

Had not been able to watch our wedding dv tape and for our 10 yr anniversary, the manager got it transferred to our account for us short notice, beautiful video and for a great price! Will definitely be recommending them to everyone!
I had 91 tapes that were digitalize. Watching them again has brought so much joy and laughter. Don't hesitate to send one your video tapes, we are so happy we did. Every tape was returned as soon as the project was c complete. Very happy with the entire experience!
PRODUCT IS GOOD. A LOT OF ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT IN COMMUNICATION WITH THE CLIENT. PHONE CALLS NOT RETURNED.
