My tapes were not all cleaned up as advertised. One of my VHS tapes was not even copied and they still charged me for it. When my tapes arrived back I was still able to view the tape that they marked not copied. It seems as though they rushed my order. I would not recommend this company.
This is the second time I used this service, and both times they gave me what I expected. The quality of the product is as good as what we sent, and it was done in a fairly quick time frame. My only complaint is that for the amount of video I received, it was a bit pricy. I wish I would have done some price shopping before selecting them.
My fiancé passed away 4 months ago and I remember he had previously recorded mini dvds, about 15 years ago. So I did some research and found this website I was a little nervous mailing my only memories of hearing his handsome voice. However, overall it was a great investment because I was able to have access to view all the wonderful memories on any electronic devices such as; TV, tablets, phone and computer any time of the day. I was very pleased with their service, once done they mailed my precious memories back in the same condition I had them. The only thing I wasn't happy with if you want to convert into a dvd it's a shipping charge per dvd.
Very slow with not so great quality and organization. Received somebody else's photos and videos as well. Called over 2 weeks ago and they still haven't followed up with my concerns. In addition, it took 2 months for my videos to all be uploaded. Now I have to pay $50 a year for their service on top of the $300 I already paid... wasn't aware of the yearly or monthly charge. Very disappointing experience.
When first purchasing, it indicated that I was purchasing DVDs, but the receipt did not reflect that. Instead I received digital files that I had to download onto my computer without any kind of guidance. I am still not sure I have them downloaded to my computer properly.
I thought my order included a USB. You can't go back and review what option was ordered. It's not easy to download video to your desktop or a USB. Have tried multiple times and can't get video transferred. For the price you pay to transfer videos from old VHS I would have expected more options.

Pictures and videos have been digitized and I have been able to recall nad remember these special times with loved ones. The quality of these objects is amazing, once scratchy and grainy is now clear. People working there have been very friendly and helpful when I've called with questions. HIghly recommend iMemories.
I am not techno savvy! I am old! I treasure the memories not only preserved but newly generated by my first batch of work completed by iMemories! I just put 8 more vcr tapes in the box for my next (and not my last) order!
