This is the second time I sent in VHS tapes. I love the fact that our family memories are safe forever and we will all enjoy them for years to come.

Good but was more expensive then I thought, plus I did not need the return of the film. The instructions on the download could have been clearer.

It's been an awesome ride down memory lane. Almost, got lost once in the memories but found many more memories to be transferred so am getting myself organized, though a long tedious project on my end, well worth the effort when iMemories gets finished with their end of the project. My children and grandkids are also so amazed and enamored watching these memories and feeling they are reliving their childhood.

The digitizing is great but I haven't figured out a way to get into my photos yet. I can arrange the pics in their albums and add a pic from an album to another album.
Have more work to do with it. Also once you label or put info on the photos in imemories - that information does not go with the photo if you download to DVD or thumb drive. I have found right now that I need to pay for the memories iCloud in order to keep the info on the photos. Wish I would have known that from the beginning. Overall a good service. I didn't want to buy a machine to scan all my photos in - close to 1000 that I chose to digitize.
I am so glad I submitted my tapes for digital conversion! We are having a blast watching segments from the past 30 years of our lives!
So far the family is enjoying seeing videos that we hadn't viewed in years. Because the tape was obsolete. It know is nice to be able to share with everyone who is in the videos. However, I was disappointed that it takes so long to download the video clips that were paid for conversion to online services. I felt pushed into paying for the "cloud" service and then still not being sure of easy access. Perhaps in the future I would select DVD's but they seem to be going obsolete too. Not many computer devices have a drive.

We had no issues with our order with iMemories. I wish we had done this sooner but were unsure and afraid we would lose our video tapes. But got them back with no issues.
