I thought my order would arrive in a USB drive so I didn't download what I saw on line. When I just got the videos I ordered I signed up for online storage. A. Learning.

Sent in my home videos from when the kids were little. I had issues getting them to play before and Imemories did an awesome job restoring my memories!

From the moment I found iMemories and now with the completed project, I have been thrilled to watch digital memories of my children and deceased relatives and re-live so many great memories. Thank you!

Very easy to mail in and the process didn't take long.

The videos were awesome. I viewed them and it was wonderful. Then they told me I had until 4/11 and everything would be gone unless I spent more money. I had no idea this wasn't a one time deal. So disappointed. I'll never use them again for anything. I have no videos now. They're all gone.

The biggest problem I had was trying to find out how to tell them I didn't want any discs of storage plans. I finally sent a not to the tech address and hope to her back soon.

Handled my photo material well and returned it punctually. I was disappointed I couldn't download it to my google account so my kids could help me with it.

Sent my tapes in request not to ship by FedEx. That's the way they ship
Received notice my tapes were being delivered- weeks has past and my tapes are gone. Fed ex has lost them and I've contacted IMemories and filed report. The last email I received was another delivery from FedEx!

This firm did everything they advertised and did it in a timely manner. I had several questions and they were answered to my satisfaction.

They behave as if they have no experience, My order of 4 months ago is still not right. They try hard, but continue to get it wrong. Never again!

I needed help at several points along the way because things (to me) were not intuitive, but I got good help when I called for support. There was an advertised 20 percent discount from the published price, but I did not receive it. Because of their aggressive advertising I was somewhat skeptical of the business, but in the end it worked out fine.

I started the process on Feb 11,2021. I still have not received my Original media back from them and it is now April 17,2021. It was just 1 video Vhs tape. Very dissatisfied with that issue. 17th

I am in possession of an old VHS tape of my older brother's and my graduation! This video was take in 1995 of a backyard BBQ to celebrate my high school graduation and brother's college graduation. This is a truly a time capsule and family treasure! The professionals at iMemories took great care of our Videotape and made sure that I received my original material back in good condition. I ordered three DVDs for my siblings.
