I was happy to receive all of our memories. We received everything back in good shape and it was money well spent.
Haven't received my tapes. Also one tape was not transferred due to copyright. Shouldn't I get a refund dunce it wasn't digitalized.?
I looked all through my shoeboxes of pictures for my daughter's 1st birthday photos. I then realized i never took photos as the huge video cameras were the "thing" in 1988. So, i gathered up all of my old vhs tapes and sent them off to imemories to have them transfer to digital. Imagine my happy dance when a few weeks later i was able to see my daughter's 1st birthday party again— i am more than thrilled!

Incredible job! We have sent many VCR, 8mm and 16mm movies and 8mm tapes to iMemories. One of our old VCR tapes gave them trouble first time with lines going through the video so we asked iMemories to do them over again and they did at no charge. Then the picture was good but no sound, again iMemories redid it at no cost and it turned out great. Another one of our 8 mm tapes they could not get to play, but I asked them to try again and they were able to get it to play and save the movies that were on it. We were extremely pleased with how iMemories worked with us to make sure to capture all of our old movies and get them digitized! They also do a wonderful job making DVDs and it is easy to edit and create DVDs. We had some 16 mm movies from my mom‘s family that went back to 1929 and it was wonderful to see what was on those movies since we did not have a projector that would show them. What priceless memories! We highly recommend IMemories!

Completely thrilled to have an affordable way to have the variety of video tapes converted to digital files. The turn around time was quick and the app makes it possible to share with multiple family members. The quality was as expected for tapes that sat in a basement for 25 years.
Very nice quality and resolution easy access love it
I was excited to watch some of my old family home videos in high resolution. However, the digital quality of the processed videos were not much better than its original form, so a bit disappointed in the quality of the product.
The shipping and returns process was flawless and very well managed. The customer service providers have been excellent. I had a problem downloading two of my eleven videos to a thumb drive and sent an email and had a response a few hours later. I called them and they fixed the error as we talked on the phone and was able to download the videos that evening..
Seamless from beginning to end. I have used IMemories twice and the have been great. I now have videos and pics on line for the whole family to enjoy.
Good morning, the recordings came out nice, but I am having trouble downloading them.
I love my memories being on line when I want to watch them. Some of my memories play and then stop. I want to ask about why they do that.
I sent in my really old videos and I'm able to watch and share and download my old videos. Didn't take a long time either. Love the service.
Student films (8mm) I had made in 1969/1970 were successfully digitalized by iMemories. And one family reel with footage in Newfoundland in the early 1960s was also converted. I was able to easily download all the converted clips to my laptop and then send them out to family members.
