IMemories was great to work with. It was easy to ship my old movies. The shipment box provided was sturdy with everything you need to secure your tapes. It was a great experience to see family long gone in moving pictures not seen in decades and some of them, never. I had planned to digitalize the film "one day" that my parents had in the top of their closet. My father received a terminal diagnosis in March this year and suddenly it became very important to me to do it NOW. I was so praying the images would be returned "before it was too late" as his memory quickly fades. He now has the movies loaded on his iPad and can watch whenever he wants. He has images that include old friends, his children, wife and himself "back in the day AND images of HIS parents. WHAT A GREAT gift! It has truly been a wonderful experience!... now to do my own!
Finally, able to see old memories of days passed recorded on equipment no longer in our possession. IMemories was secure as well as easy to use and professional.

My experience with iMemories was excellent! I had 8 mm camcorder tapes converted to digital files. From the firsts moment to the last, I was kept in the loop with what step my tapes were in, where they were and what to expect. I was able to preview a couple digital files to make sure they were transferring correctly. When the conversion was complete, in a very timely manner, I was able to download the files onto my computer and onto thumb drives. I received my tapes back in perfect condition. These are precious memories and very hard to send away. This was a great place to send them and I would 100% use them again, with no hesitation.

IMemories converted my old VHS family tapes to DVDs. Some of my tapes were not that good, and iMemories did their best to improve the quality of the finished product. I am very happy with the DVD quality and turn-around time. Their web site is user-friendly and it is easy to edit and arrange the videos in the order you want.
Guess I'm not as advanced an others, but the ordering process was a little unclear for me and I did not get exactly what I wanted, but that was my fault and was pointed out by the customer assistant when I called. The reason I sent my memories to you was so I would NOT HAVE TO download and printout what I wanted. Again more clarity would have helped.
The service provided was both great and fast. The follow-up phone call was less than pleasant. I received an email saying my order was complete and to call this number with any questions. I called with a few questions. The lady I spoke with was extremely defensive (even when I was trying to compliment her). I eventually requested that we forego any further questions and that she just return the videos. She later went back and repaired one of the videos in question. I will use this service again, but the phone conversation did not have to be so painful.
