We converted our home movies from 60 or 70 movies to1 USB drive. They are much easier to view and it doesn't take up space. Everyone I interacted with at this company was helpful and friendly. Great job all the way around!
Simple shipping and receiving. Estimate of costs was a little conservative but to be expected for what we shipped for initial cost. Final cost came in as expected. Quality of the digitized formatting was excellent, for 50 year old 35 mm slides. The downloading of files had a couple delays but customer service stepped in and we got it all done. Getting ready to send movie film next!

It is wonderful having all my home videos on my phone. So many times during the day I watch one of the videos and it brightens my day!
The whole process was seamless. I converted 15 VHS tapes to digital, and have been able to share the videos through the app easily and also download to my phone and PC.
When I recently moved, I found all of the videos and tapes I thought were unsalveagable.
They're back, and my adult children and I are so happy we entrusted them to iMemories!

Most of the videos were in good shape but a couple were damaged but somewhat visible

I was nervous, at first, to send my memories movies and slides away, but I'm so glad I did. The entire procedure went exactly as advertised. I love having such easy access to a lifetime of memories—- with the bonus of my family being able view them too!
I'm grateful to be able to watch my family videos again. I definitely recommend getting the DVDs b/c I am having a really hard time getting some of the albums downloaded on my iPad—not sure I will make it in time...
The reels I sent in were around twenty-five years old I expected a better picture quality with my return.
My experience with the folks at iMemories has been amazing.

My only complaint would be that they are a bit pricey
