Over the last year I have submitted over one hundred VHS and VHS-C tapes for transfer to digital format. Throughout the process I've been able to readily contact iMemories and work with a very professional staff to redo several segments that needed some adjustment. They were very eager to assure my satisfaction with the final product. Every aspect of the process from initial shipping of cassettes to iMemories, order documentation, viewing of transferred video, to return shipment of the videos to me has been exacting, professional, and efficient. IMemories cloud based presentation of the files (in addition to providing on media if desired) makes the review and sharing of videos quite a simple process. Great team, service and product at iMemories.

I memories did a wonderful job transferring all my family 8mm films! The process of mailing and ordering was easy and the digital movies are great!
Disappointed that after all I paid to have the box shipped to me film digitized and box returned. That I'm only able to "View" my videos for 30 days before I had to pay another monthly fee to keep them.
I have already had over 100 videos converted from VHS, small Videos CD's, Regular size CD's & all types of videos - Great Service and so very friendly :) Thank you & till next time

My experience been all over the place! With me not knowing how this really works and not getting guided by representatives. I spent a lot of money converting all my memories. I am not one computer savvy & didn't know I was Supposed to put my memories in categories. I just wish someone would've guide me better that was the whole purpose of me getting all my CDs and memories in order. The only good thing is that they are convert it into CDs. My cds don't match the cover of my pictures. I wish that your company would've given me a guide how to get them in a better order and category.
I really had no idea what I wanted in converting my old VCR tapes to digital. The people that I talked to were extremely helpful and explained everything. I would highly recommend iMemories.
All I have to say is that we're enjoying watching family memories from 20 years ago, and it is such a wonderful thing! The fact that our family can watch them from wherever they are makes it even greater. Money well spent.

The picture file numbers did not match the photo number. I had to change the file name to get the files in the correct order.
