I'm not happy with the quality of my movie reels however, it may just be the movie reels themselves that cannot be enhanced. Also the endings to every one of my movies have been clipped off for some reason. I sent and paid for 10 reels and only 9 came back digitally. I've had them all done to VHS back in the 80's so I know specifically what was on each one of them. Lastly as much as I paid to have them digitally done then I find (to my error of not reading through the terms) I'm having to pay monthly or yearly for a subscription to to keep them for viewing or sharing. If you decide on digital ask to have on thumb drive or DVD or you are stuck with nothing in the end if you cannot keep up with the subscription.

I thought it would be much clearer…. Delivery and turnaround time was good.
It was done efficiently on the phone. I love the flash drives, especially the clips with being able to advance or reverse.

I paid to have my videos put to digital format. Not to have bits and pieces of them and sections only. There was nothing in them that was copyrighted nor was it advertised that you would sensor them. But hey I have portions of them so Thank you for that. I got about 200 dollars worth of video from the 338 I spent and no offer of any kind for a refund. My thoughts are I can do the same thing and probably as good or better so I will buy the stuff to do them myself in the future. Maybe it works better if you just send in photos?
I was really worried about using a mail in program but was pleasantly surprised. Everything was handled professionally and it was really exciting watching all the old videos. I have more to send and can't wait.
Easy to deal with, extremely professional, responsive to question, 1st class job... over 300 slides moved to JPG. Once digitized, able to crop, lighten, etc. Only way to go is with "iMemories". Ken

It was nice of them to call to see if we have questions and they really explain in details. Its also nice to allow you to download the converted and dont necessary need to make a DVD. They also explain the pros and cons on Blue Ray which was very helpful. Great experience in general

I appreciate having my movies converted to digital but I find that they still need editing to have clearer pictures etc. I really hoped I would not have to do more to have more viewable movies without blank spaces still included.
Wonderful seeing loved ones from the past! Having these memories come to life is a priceless gift! Especially wonderful to share with my grown kids who can get a better sense of who/how their grandparents were.
