This is the second time I've used iMemories and both times went perfectly. I received confirmation quickly that the originals had been received, received the originals back quickly, and received the digitalized versions in less than 2 weeks. The quality and the service are excellent.

Videos were all uploaded with mechanical buzzing sound over the original sound even though original sound on VHS was fine. Had to send multiple email requests to get my tapes back and receive a refund. I would never use memories again, company isca ripoff

Sent in 13 ok'd vhs was amazed at quality of digital product. Giving DVDs to my grown kids at Christmas.
Instructions for packing the box were very clear and that part was easy. Pricing was a little confusing. I did not see the fine print about $14.99 "per 50 feet of film", so the actual cost turned out to be 3x what I estimated per roll of film. The 30% off for sending the box in within 2 weeks of receiving it helped reduce that shock. There was a problem with framing some of the films and I called about that. Fantastic that an actual, knowledgeable person in Scottsdale answered the phone. She pulled up my videos quickly and looked at them and took care of it at their expense. In another few days, all was completed and corrected. The website is very well designed and easy to use. I ordered 5 thumb drives and that was delivered within a week of the order. Cost is worth it, to be able to see these precious old family memories again, and know they are now preserved and easy to share with younger family members.
My tapes were redone and with better picture and sound. Heather Parker from Imemories contacted me and extended my cloud privileges so I would be able to download the new and improved version.

I love imemories! We were able to transfer my mom's home videos from the 1960s over to the computer and surprise her for her birthday. Such an awesome gift!
Received both the online digital conversion and return of old tapes in a timely manner. Some of these VHS tapes were over 40 years old and most converted to digital very well. I did have a problem with the flash drive that was converted, it appears it was corrupted and am awaiting a return of a new drive. The customer service has been very responsive and I have been pleased with the outcome.

I had the BEST experience with iMemories! After I sent out my order I had a major life change and was not able to pay for my order. IMemories was amazing and worked with me until I was able to pay and complete my order. Everyone I spoke with was kind and patient and the quality of the product and speed of service was awesome! And all of my vhs's came back in the same condition I sent them. I highly recommend this company.
The above title says it all. The VHS tape was 23 years old. Surely by now a privately taped and owned VHS tape of a show for personal reasons only should have been converted!
Also, why do you not have an option to provide background music with the converted movies!
It was so wonderful to see the old film of my parents' wedding. What a joy. What a blessing. I also had some baby videos converted, which will also be wonderful to have in the future. IMemories did a fantastic job. I thought the service was quick, as well, with excellent communication on how things were going. The site is designed very well.

The entire experience was a delight. Easy as 1. 2. 3. 1 box up. Memories. 2 mail it. 3. Watch the moments your family made. We watch our almost daily. My mom has dementia, we had all of her old home moves digitized. When she watches them it's like reliving that day for her. We love to see her happiness watching her family who have been gone for so long. I thank Imemories for making it possible. We lost my dad last year. It makes us all smile to still be able to see him and hear his voice. So thank you.

I apologize your experience does not meet the high standard we work to maintain. Of your two videotapes, I do hear one with a slight audio buzz. Normally quality issues are caught up front, and in the rare event that quality problems slip through we always work with our customers to fix and provide the best possible quality video. In this case, I see you requested we do not make any attempt to fix the issue and requested a full refund instead. We provided a refund despite one tape being excellent quality and being open to fixing the second tape. In this case we have offered and provided every solution we possibly could and certainly wish you had a better experience with us.
