I received my DVD's with a jacket cover that had a montage of different frames of the contents in the videos! That was unexpected and it was a lovely surprise.
The frame shots on the jacket allows the recipient to see more than what the title of the DVD can reveal.
I checked the DVD's before gifting them and they were all fine.

This was so easy - I sent my media in various forms and shortly thereafter I received the digitized memories!
I sent in VHS tapes and some 8mm film (I think). Might have been another format like Beta tapes? Anyway, too a few weeks and received an email saying I have 30 days to join some service for $4.99/month if I wanted to continue seeing my videos. I downloaded to a flash drive and didn't join yet another service. Got a box back with my tapes, I hope. Haven't opened it yet. Pretty expensive service. I decided not to send pictures due to high price. All in all. Not bad.
The process was easy and went smoothly. I can view them whenever I want. I received the original videos back safely. So worth it!

I am very pleased with.my experience. I will admit a little costly however worth it to be able to now have these old memories digitalized and will be available to me & my family. It is a comfort to know they are safely in the cloud so when I have the time I will be able to go and organize.

Nice quality conversation from old reels to digital. We can enjoy our old films again, just in a new format. Process was fast and easy and old reels were returned. Always great customer service. A bit on the pricey side for my budget.

I am so happy I converted to digital! Now I can look up a video on my phone anytime I want and send to family or friends. I have found some incredible lost memories that have brought so much happiness My originals have all been safely returned to me as well. This company is the real deal. I also was able to save with a coupon they emailed so even better! I highly recommend iMemories!
This was great so far. I sent my 8 mm cassettes and they were soon available to view online. I haven't downloaded them yet but I will. I wish the app was in real time. Maybe I'm not doing it right.
I sent 52 DV mini tapes to iMemories to be converted to digital. All were done timely and professionally. Quality of the newly converted files were good considering my tapes were about 20 years old. Communication of shipping, receiving, converting was great and timely. I did receive my original tapes back via FedEx.

Is it the digital only videos going to disappear if I don't pay monthly subscription cost? If that's the case I paid approximately 100 dollars to view my videos on my device for only the one month free trial? If I knew that I would have originally just paid for a DVD conversion. So disappointing buy maybe I'm not understanding it. Please help! Waiting to write review to see outcome. I'm sure I'm not the only person this has confused.

I waited a long time to do this, considered several companies, and I'm so glad I chose iMemories to care for my precious old VHS and Hi8 movies. It's wonderful to be able to see them so conveniently; some for the first time! Seeing my parents, brother and sister who are deceased, as well as my now-grown daughters as babies is so moving and special. The packaging, care and communication are top-notch, and if you're on the fence about using this company, go ahead and jump. I can't say enough good things about iMemories! Highly recommend!
