I had wanted to transfer 2 1969 films to Disk. Instructions were somewhat confusing, so they got transferred to Digital. As it turns out, there wasn't a whole lot of value on the films, so Digital was fine.
I have used imemories twice now and I plan to use them again soon! It is so much easier for me to send items in than spend time at home trying to. Now I know my memories are safe from deteriorating and I can share them.

As we were in the process of relocating, I found several old VHS tapes that I knew I would never view again if I didn't get them converted to another format. I ordered iMemories after searching the internet and doing some research. The box/shipping info came quickly. Once all gathered, I sent them in to be processed. It was quick and as soon as a digital memory was ready, I was able to watch on my phone (I downloaded the free app). What great memories! My originals were quickly returned to me after they were all processed. I'm now in the creative stage where I decided who to make a DVD for as a Christmas present. Great service!

The home movies turned out ok except for one. I know the sound is better on that VHS than came out. I played it on a VCR at my home and I could hear it like a regular video. So I will be sending that one back to get a redo. Everyone was very nice when I called about any question and concern that I had.

I received my DVD's with a jacket cover that had a montage of different frames of the contents in the videos! That was unexpected and it was a lovely surprise.
The frame shots on the jacket allows the recipient to see more than what the title of the DVD can reveal.
I checked the DVD's before gifting them and they were all fine.
