I have had great experience with iMemories. I had several 8 mm film of the kids and my high school days that I was not able to screen any more. I can now view them and share with other family members. The service was timely and of excellent quality. I recommended iMemories to several friends.

I have seen so many ads for this service, so I thought I would give it a try. I paid for them to send me a box, nothing special, to send them my tapes. I sent 3 vhs tapes and I camera recorded tape. They were very good with communicating during the process. However, when I was told to view them online, I was disappointed. I do realize that these tapes were old, but I thought that they would be enhancing them. The only thing they did was copy them as they were. I could have gotten that done myself for a lot cheaper. It was just change under $100 to have this done. I have so many other tapes and films and pictures that I wanted to get done, but I just cannot see spending so much money to do it. I will do the best I can by myself, cant be any worse than what I got from you for $100.

I'm delighted to have my 16mm and Super8 films digitalized, but I wasn't happy with the results of the VHS tapes. When I called to say so I got excuses about the tap having deteriorated over time. When I got them back, I found that was not the case. I was able to digitalized them at home with better results.
The service Worked exactly as expected. Very fast turnaround. I downloaded onto dvds to avoid the lifetime cost of storing through iMemories which was quite expensive.
Update! I am impressed with this company. They contacted me about my concerns with one of the digital videos and the tracking on it. At their expense they took time to fix the issue and send me new digitized copies which were clean and restored. I would recommend iMemories to anyone wanting to preserve lifetime memories. I was very surprised at the speed at which my tapes were transferred to digital medium and then returned to me. I plan to use them again. Thank you!
I got back all my movies but I didn't get any "DVD's". I put a note in the box when I sent them in. I asked that the military film be put on it's own "DVD" and the others could be put on a single one. I have not seen any "DVD's".

I'm still trying to understand why I paid $$$$ to have all my tapes converted but not all of the tapes were actually converted-frustrating. Actually viewing the tapes on the site was easy but trying to save and download my movies has been a difficult process and ended up costing more $$$ and lots of time. A little frustrating
I had memories from my children's childhood days converted to digital and stored on the cloud. I am thrilled with the results and the communication from IMemories. I definitely recommend them.
I'm so excited that our memories are now more accessible. The negatives from the 50's came out fantastic. Unfortunately our older videos weren't great but that was the due to the technology at the time. I ended up finding more stuff so I will be placing another order soon

Wonderful I can view videos online and email to family. Two had no sound will be mailing back with prepaid label emailed from iMemories. They give plenty of time to view, share and arrange your videos for DVDs although I'm somewhat afraid to mess up or figure out how to combine them. Katy has been very helpful since I'm not a very tech person. I'm waiting for my son & husband to find their old VHS & film reels so I can send those in, too.
Everything from shipping to paying to seeing my tapes on digital to receiving back the originals went perfectly!
