Sent my decades-old VHS tapes that we hadn't seen in ages to iMemories. They were digitalized and we can now watch them on our computer. L can forward them to others. Wonderful!

I have one issue as far as my order goes.
I sent an email to customer service and have not gotten a response! I was charged a certain amount for the number of tapes, etc. I had sent in. I realized after my tapes, etc were returned to me that they did not process all of them! I am still waiting for an answer!

I don't have the ability to burn onto a DVD from my computer and then play them on a DVD player. I can only watch them on my computer for now. I sit for hours reviewing my memories. Many precious memories that can not be lost in time. At least they are now available to watch with out having to hook up an antique VHS player. Thank you

The conversion was quick and films were converted with quality given most were 60 years old. Danielle was amazing with her assistance whenever asked. More films will be sent in the near future.

Everything has been great. I wasn't aware of the imemories website yearly charge to have access to view memories, but it is very nice to have them all together. I Love seeing the old videos of grandparents long gone and children grown up. It is a great reminder of how fast time passes.

Very easy, which is what I was looking for. Not cheap. My father is elderly and doesn't understand how the "digital online" works so we bought DVD; s. However I love the online because cousins and family in other states can look at the photos.

When I saw my first video my tears just started rolling down my face from happiness!
