This is my second experience with iMemories and again I'm extremely pleased with quality and service!

It appears I had some of these transferred just in time as a few are distorted. Also, some of the clips are missing.

I had videos sitting around for years, seen the add for Imemories and tried it. We loved it and am very glad I used them.

My parents are gone and my brother recently died from COVID. Having these home videos restored is like having part of them back with us.

I loved that I could literally throw my tapes of all kind in the box.
Imemories let me know they received them right away. I have great memories now digitalized and I feel like 25 years of procrastination is gone!

I was not pleased with the resolution of of the digital format that was created. Customer service stated that due to copyright, the resolution was not the same and I could resend any videotapes and iMemories would try again. Lorraine stated that I would be credited for the videotape "Colorado Trip"; which was not viewable. The credit of $11.99 has not shown up on my Mastercard.

Great way of doing. A bit high bill but happy about getting rid of boxes of old photos

The overall process was pretty simple. It's a leap of faith to send your only copies of slides and photos, but they were sitting around and not getting used, so why not! I had 1000 slides of my parents and had them converted, and now I'm sharing them with family and friends, and it's great.

The quality of the videos that came from the VHS tapes that we sent is pretty dark, but it's better than nothing.

I could t believe some of the footage that I had. So many meteorites that I had forgotten we had made. My daddy passed unexpectedly in January this year and being able to see his face along with hearing his voice has brought our family such joy. Thank you for what you do in keeping family memories alive for so many!

I was nervous to send my tapes but everything went perfect, they put them into video format and sent back tapes.
Would use again no problem. Totally confident!
