I was very please with results, there very old films and was curious if it could be done
IMemories did an awesome job converting my 30 year old VHS tapes and digitizing them. I had a few tapes that the film was torn or crinkled and they were able to fix those tapes. I also had a cassette that was broken and they were still able to repair the cassette to digitize the film. When ever I had a question the staff was always more than happy to answer my questions even when I sent an email I got a response right away. IMemories actually had all my cassettes digitized before the promised date. Great experience and I would definitely use them again.
I have given you a lot of business in scanning all of my movies and pictures. You have always grouped them by the title on each item. This time you just scanned items into a few groups. Each DVD and Video and picture set should be in separate folders. Not happy this last scan

I sent iMemories 20 of my most precious family movies. The tapes were expeditiously transferred to digital files that were easily downloaded to my laptop. I am very pleased with the results and will be sending them more.
The entire process from beginning to end with iMemories was incredible. The box arrived with clear instructions on packing the videos, the videos arrived at iMemories safely and within a few days I was able to see the first of the converted VHS tapes I had submitted. The quality was surprisingly good given the age of the videos! Shortly thereafter the rest of the videos were also available on the iMemories website. IMemories returned my originals safely as promised. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process!

I have many, many tapes from the past thirty years. I haven't been able to watch them for quite awhile. Sending them in to iMemories was the best decision I made. Now they are easily accessible on my phone, iPad and laptop, anytime I want to see them. I am so happy with this service!
