I did receive back all the CDs and VHS tape I sent to you. The tapes are very grainy then they get a little clearer but there was one CD that you couldn't do anything with and that was the most important one to me. I am not blaming your company you are very reliable and I would recommend you. But what I lost I can't get back and that's my fault
Good experience overall- I was trying not to be roped into a monthly storage fee and it is not so easy to load onto the my own cloud storage. I will likely keep up the monthly payments although that was never my plan
