Felt odd mailing my videos off to the void but the digitizing was great and I received my videos back in a timely manner. So fun to view these memories I haven't seen in a decade!

I had some film plus about 400 slides converted. They did an excellent job. The image quality is great, and I say that as a professional tv producer. Would definitely use iMemories again.
My overall experience was great, but I would like to mention that one of my videocassettes wasn't digitalized. When I followed up on it, they said that the vide tape named "Family Video" wasn't digitalized because it had mold. I said, well the video tape that I'm missing is not named "Family video". Could you double check it doesn't belong to another customer? She came back saying it was the video tape named "Family video". When I received my original vide tapes back from iMemories, I checked the video tape in question, and it did not have such tag "Family video" anywhere, as well as my other videocassettes. I took pictures of it (box and videocassette) and sent them to the customer service rep I've been talking to to show that no "Family video" name was there. She came back insisting the video tape they couldn't digitalize was the one called "Family video"(?). I still wonder if the video tape they couldn't digitalize was mine, or another customer's. It just gets my attention the fact that they may mess up with the names, and possibly miss a digitalization?
Great to be able to share memories with family with a simple share! My kids and extended family can view on their phone, iPad, or email especially since we were unable to travel last year due to the pandemic.
Any concerns or questions I had were answered promptly with a email or customer service. A+
Everything arrived fast, but i had to pay 15.99 to send one VHS and pay 11.99 to get it back i wish i was told i could self ship if it was just one item but no one made me aware of that... will not be using again seems like this company could have worked with me in this situation.
