I had over 300 slides converted to digital. The process was seemless and easy. I ordered the box, slipped the slides into the envelopes and sent it off. When I was notified they were converted, I downloaded them off the cloud onto my flashdrive. Thanks iMemories!

I am enjoying being able to see all of what I thought were lost memories. I got to share these memories with my children and siblings. I would recommend imemories to everyone. I was only disappointed about the price going up $14.99 to $15.99 per videotape from the time I purchased the safeship kit to the time I was able to pack it and send it in a couple of months later. I got to take advantage of the 30% off so that was good. From the time I sent the packed box to the day I got my tapes back; everything went so smooth and quick. I am relieved all those precious memories are no longer on the shelf collecting dust with no way to view them.
My iMemories experience could not have been more seamless and professional. It brings me and mine pure delight. At last we can again enjoy those treasured family moments and celebrations. I highly recommend this company and give them my greatest accolades.
As most during the Pandemic shut down I spent time cleaning and reorganizing. I came upon a box of old videos that I could no longer view as we had gotten rid of our VCR years ago. I researched options for digital conversion and found iMemories. I was grateful for the ease of use. I inventoried the tapes shipped them in the box provided and within a few weeks had a digital version of priceless family memories that I can now share with my family. What a great holiday gift to give this year! Thank you for a great product! I will be using your service again!
It has been delightful to watch home movies that were taken so many years ago. Some events that I had totally forgotten about. Especially ones of the my grandchildren when they were small. They have enjoyed watching them with me and I hope to share many more with my family. I just sent in some old home movies my parents had taken in the 50s and 60s and I am anxious to see if they can be copied as they are very old and the films might be brittle. Thank you for providing this service. These pictures are priceless!

I love that I have my pictures, but was disappointed in the price, it was really expensive and like there is no credit or pro rating for videos that only had a few videos on them.
I had 59 little vhs tapes and not all them had full use. So I paid $19.00 for a few videos that had less than an hours worth of video and one only had 14 minutes on it, so I was hoping for some type of credit. I still have the regular vhs tapes that I would like to get done too. The quality of work was excellent. Just wish it was more affordable to recommend it to others.
My other shock was that when it advertised I would always have access to my videos to share forever. I didn't realize it came with a monthly fee. I paid over $800.00 and only get to view them for 60 days without charge I haven't even got to look through them all and I will lose them if I don't get the download on to something else….
I feel this is not a service available to everyone.
Love being able to view old movies and re-visit those I love who have long departed this earth.

This was my second round of videos that I had imemories convert to digital. I am so pleased with their professionalism and efficiency. I have referred them to to anyone that wants the convenience of digital viewing.
Being able to show my kids who I was when I was their age, for them to be able to see my grandfather interact before his dementia, seeing family pets that they've only heard about and seeing family members who have since passed away, I will forever be grateful to iMemories. The fast turn around, the care that they take with my items while in their possession and their communication throughout the process is so amazing. It makes all the jokes my kids make about my 90s hair and outfits, totally worth it.:-)
