The transfer to digital was good, communication was clear and the process was easy.

Went well... but I wish I had ordered a thumb drive. I thought I did.

We appreciated the updates on the process. Also, the ability to ess owe a the videos. The Medawar turned promptl.

It may seem pricey, but the memories are priceless

Everything was fine but the recordings were very blurry and the sound was distorted on some of them..

Being able to watch loved ones that have passed and my kids when they were little is priceless.

It was easy to use the iMemories box, the processing was quicker than I expected, and all my originals arrived back safely. My only real concern is that the online cloud system is very slow, hard to control (can't back up, move forward, etc), and unreliable. That makes it hard to enjoy these precious times with my family and friends. If the iMemories site worked smoother, I would have rated the experience a 5!

Happy I decided to convert. Sad I didn't do this sooner some of my home movies are blurry.

It takes very little time to throw your old Hi-8, super-8, dvds, whatever in a box. Shipping label and box are provided. The estimated cost can look unaffordable but the reality (because most of your tapes (films) are probably not full), is very reasonable and much quicker by hundreds of hours probably, thanif you tried to do it yourself.

This was an easy way to save your old video memories and convert them to digital. Easy but not cheap. You have many choices to save your memories. Make sure you know how to download them so you don't have to pay for digital fees to save your memories. If you don't want to be bothered with saving your own memories by downloading them and making your own usb downloads they can do it all for you.

Although I have not yet view my 34 8mm movies on the 1 TB external that it was put on, I'm sure it is excellent work from watching them online as they contacted me with each step! Truly a wonderful company who knows how important your memories are! Wonderful prices as wells!

It was good but they weren't exact on the cut on the video tape. The transition left a little on each cut.

I finially got them in my computer and moved to a place i could send them and have in hand pictures made they all came out great thank you and it would be noce if you made in hand prints instead of only computer thank you
