Pleased with my order. Enjoy watching old memories of my family and with my family

I have not seen my family videos in 20+yrs! I finally sent them to iMemories to get digitized and it's AMAZING to be able to relive the memories of my kids growing up. This is the best investment I've made to preserve our memories! I'll be sending of my photos next and can't wait to see more memories!

I sent in 52 videos of VHS and 8mm camcorder videos. The experience has been great reliving old memories. Some tapes were never viewed at all before this conversion. These were over a 30 year span and we hare having a great time watching them.

My film was over 50 years old and they turned out great! Wonderful job by imemories.

My old home videos were quickly converted so I was able to see and access them online. Best decision I made to have them digitized. My original cassettes were also returned quickly and neatly packaged.

I was greatful to have my tapes and cds digitized, but the price was unbearable.

In a time where it's difficult to speak to a human on the phone, I found customer service to be top notch for this company. I needed assistance and they promptly went above and beyond. Plus knowing my slides and video are preserved gives me comfort.

From receiving the shipping container to being able to view the videos digitally was much quicker than I expected. Very pleased with the process.

I have not figured out how to edit my tapes or organize my photos yet

I wasn't sure what to expect. The 8mm film was over 50 years old. I feel that some of the film may have broken during the process of digitizing it and some of the movies are missing, however, overall, I am very pleased with the results. It brought back many memories. I have located to 2 sisters that I did not know that I had and I will be able to show them what our Father looks like and a good sample of his personality. I have several more reels that I will have digitized soon.

I had my child's videos of her growing up. I also had my husband's musical performances. I was so happy to be able to view them again. Very easy to use the app and share the videos with friends and family.

It worked. It image-processed these 80-year-old slides. Each one looked far better than the original slides, to say the least!

I can't download my videos to my computer hard drive.?
