The slides I submitted came out really good as did several of the VHS tapes. One VHS tape however, was received as a zip file that seems to be unzipped but cannot be converted on my computer. It was of my daughter's dance recital which was a very special memory, but I can only view it on your website. As much as I wanted to have that video, I am NOT going to pay $50.00 a year to have access to it.

This is the second time I have sent old films and such to iMemories. I cannot be happier with what I got. Thanks for the great service.

The conversion s viewing is great. I found the editing feature not so great. It is cumbersome such that it makes editing untenable and almost seems like it is purposely difficult to make downloading on your own discouraged. I do however think the digitizing is worthwhile

Had a difficult time getting my box in the beginning. Memories were downloaded quickly. Loved being able to edit myself and I was able to download all to my computer. If I were to change anything it would be to use UPS instead of FedEx

I am thrilled with the videos. The only thing that upset me, after paying over $400. I guess I didn't read the fine print and have to pay monthly or yearly to keep them. That is the only thing that I have a complaint and warn others.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but I am very satisfied. The VCR tape I sent in was from the 1960 and I had no idea what was on it besides it was my father in the Marines. There was no sound and it was somewhat blurry, but it is so cool to see my dad in the video.

Overall experience was as advertised and there were no problems with the service.
Some of the films and early videos were unexpected as to their content. Memories and seeing people long passed were tearful. Some filming was taken at least 65 years ago, and was unbelievable to see. Current family members got their first glimpse of their 'family.

I accidentally deleted some digital films and I tried to see if I could recovered them but there were no way. I was so upset. Some films was hard to see.

Very simple process. Excellent Customer Service. Memories to cherish for years to come. Previously we were unable to view our videos. Well worth it!

The conversion seemed okay. There was screen tearing at the bottom, but I cannot tell if that is from the originals or from the conversion. I was bothered that some costs are hidden until the very end, such as the cost of shipping films back to me. I wish the company were more open.
