I'm very pleased to finally know what are on these Beta tapes. Thanks for converting for me. Since some of them are of poor quality (due to age), I'm trying to figure out which ones I want to keep.

Can I do portions from various tapes and put them on one CD?

Overall experience was great! I would suggest more "direct" communication on their part. It's very nerve wracking to know your precious videos are in someone else's hands. Direct updates would help ease concerns.

Wonderful to watch 50 year old Super8 video tapes that were stored in a box for years and years!

I wanted to delete some footage in the middle of a video, I phoned customer service and reached someone quickly and was walked through the process. I was surprised how easy it was, and the helpful person on the line. Highly recommend this company.

While a bit scary, shipping away irreplaceable home videos went flawlessly…. Now they are all digital and I paid for the year of cloud storage, because I still haven't found the time to go back through and trim them all down. I do have a few questions about that process, but so far the iMemories experience has been great!
