I think I was a little disappointed that the VHS movies are a little fuzzy, but maybe that is to be expected. But I was happy that there is a company that can convert them so that I don't lose those precious memories.
I sent iMemories a bunch of film/vhs tapes after the passing of my father and they were able to convert them to a digital format and give me access to so many memories growing up. If I can offer once piece of advice to someone looking to acquire this service it is to not wait until you lose someone to get these memories back. I would have loved to sit down with my Dad and watch these and figure out what was happening in most of the silent films he had from serving in Vietnam and when he was young. Thanks to iMemories, I know have these forever and can share them with everyone.
Sent all of our family VHS tapes and DVD's that we have made of events over the years and iMemories put them all on their website for Storage. Best thing we ever did! Instead of having cabinets and boxes full of memories we can't watch, we have them easily accessible from our phones or computer. We watch them all the time! It's brought us so much fun! Thankyou!

It was great to be able to watch again those videos from a long time ago. The process was easy and quick.
IMemories' system is very well organized and their customer service representatives are excellent. I encountered only two problems: (1) seemed like color enhancement might have made some slides a tad more difficult to see, but this is probably debatable (2) I had prepared our family slides by grouping them and then further ordering them by number. The digitizing maintained my groupings but ignored my numbered ordering of the pictures. My prep work wore me out, so I've left the slides grouped but not ordered within each group. I guess a computer savvy person with nothing else to do could re-organize the slides on line, but I'm not one of those people. I decided the groupings were sufficient and the random presentation within the groupings was sort of interesting. Lastly, whenever I had a question, iMemories' customer service representatives were knowledgeable, patient, and respectful in helping me. Simply put, they are the best group of customer service reps I think I've ever encountered.
I had a great experience all around. My biggest complaint is that it was very tricky trying to arrange all of my videos. I had lots of trouble testing to choose the file to love and even scrolling up and down on the page created difficulties. I could not use the scroll bar at all; I had to use the up and down arrow on the keyboard. When I tried to select a video, it would highlight several at once and made it challenging to organize them. But the rest of my experience was excellent.

I had my first round of VHS tapes converted to digital on iMemories and am 1000% pleased with the process and outcome. I can share with anyone and it's affordable enough to keep them online forEVER! Just sent another six off and will follow with 8mm reels next.
Most photos were as expected. However, I was hoping for a better result on some even though the originals were turning a brownish color. I have scanned and edited similiar photos with similar results unless I spent a lot of time on each photo.
This was a great experience and can not wait to send in more. The company does just what they say they will do and are very helpful with a phone call to answer any questions. It is so awesome now to look at our lives growing up, that we have not seen in 50 years, on the 55" T. V screen. Thank You IMemories!

Professional and very caring that my memories were correct
I sent in about six items of different media. They were very old, some are kind of dark, but we are thrilled to have anything from them. They have been in storage for many years. I memories did a great job saving and restoring. We have many more to do and will continue to use i memories. Very happy customer.
