Easiest way to get your memories in one place. Order a box, it is sent to you fill it with tapes and photos, drop it off at your nearest FedEx store. I now have a catalog or albums of videos on line! Worth every penny.

One of my WW2 8mm movies was digitized mistakenly upside down. I was very upset because my father shot it while piloting a B17 bomber mission over Germany. I made a phone call and spoke to a real person who agreed to correct it. There was absolutely NO hassle. I was shocked. Unbelievable customer service. Thank you, thank you!
I was very disappointed to view my movies (for which I spent $750 to have digitized by IMemories). Most were out of focus and several slipped in the frame. Very poor quality control.
When I contacted the company, they had already sent them back so I have to resend them with specifics on what went wrong. We will see if they fix it.

My shipping box arrived a week after I started the process. I sent 8mm, Super 8 and some 1940s/50s film that had been stored in a box in the attic for 40 years. I also sent some VCR and mini VCR tapes. I was surprised at how quickly everything was processed. I was able to view some digitized content after only one week. Even broken film was processed- I was impressed. The older films were grainy, but that was more a function of the age of the film rather than the processing, I believe. It's definitely a pricey endeavor if you have many films, but was worth it to me and my family. Without this process, priceless moments would have been lost forever. I can, now, share these memories with family and friends!

Convert all my father's 8mm vids of the family when we were kids. They were his prize possessions. They digitized beautifully, and his 8mm reels returned undamaged. Wish we did this when he was alive. So glad I had this done, now everyone in the family has copies. Highly suggest getting your memories converted.
I cannot describe the feelings that hit seeing my kids as little ones converted from VHS to digital from 1986. My daughter was a baby and my son was 5 in the videos. My son is now 40 and daughter is 35. I didn't even know if they were any good or not. I am so happy I did this. Yes, they had degraded some but so worth it to even try to get them converted. I may start on pictures soon as they are also a mess! I would highly recommend you try this company!

This was my first time to send my tapes off for conversion. The process was so simple! Then when I got the link to view them I was overcome with joy to watch them as I had never watched them before. Twenty years ago footage that brought my loved ones back to life! Tears shed for sure but definite joy as well!
