After placing my order, a box to send them my 8mm movies quickly arrived. A notification was sent to me when they received them. And then again when they began converting them. I was never in doubt where in the process my order was. And it wasn't in an intrusive way. They genuinely care! I wholeheartedly recommend using Imemories.

I am in the process of reviewing and trying to figure out how to edit. I would like to eliminate some of the stuff where the iPod just sat and nothing was going on in front of it. I call IMemories and was told I had now until the end of May to determine what I wanted to do with these digital videos. I am delighted that the lady I talked to was so understanding of my busy schedule. I have not decided what to do, and need help with editing. I will call again tomorrow. Thanks, M Bishop
My videos have been sitting in a box for years with no way to view them. Until someone sent me a video they found of me of my wedding which was a clip from imemories. I joined the membership, sent for a box, put them in and shipped them off. I am watching videos of my grandkids when they were babies and they are now in their late 20's and 30's. I can now show my great grand children their parents. Thank you for giving me this opportunity.

I cried like a baby when I saw my daughter that was born 23 years ago! The quality was just amazing and looking forward to my other tapes I'm sending to get transferred to video soon! I only sent one out of my 5 tapes first to see if it would turn out and I'm absolutely over the moon!

My order of 25 tapes, (23 - 8mm) & (2 - vhs) was definitely processed as expected, (2 - 3 weeks). Within 2 weeks, I recieved 16/25 converted digital videos and I could not have been more ecstatic!
Old videos of my daughter, nieces and nephews (when they were elementary ages), now grown adults, came with memories of some tears, joy and a lot of laughter. The free enhancements made the quality of the videos look so much better. I recieved the rest of my digital videos by the 3rd week and I am happily satisfied! Viewing all my videos on my computer, both android and iphone as well as smart TV was very convenient. It was also easy to download and share which my siblings loved!

ALL the family can see all the videos and pictures any time. No more taking pictures of pictures to send to someone. No more 3 different devices to look old videos. So many family members have died but can watch them and hear them any time I want.

It was hard to send out my package to iMemories because I live on an island in Southeast Alaska. It took a month for me to get it shipped out. I finally was able to see my videos on n the app but not able to upload them to my phone. I sent an email to iMemories for help but haven't been helped yet.
