I decided that it was time to view videos that I have had in my closet for a zillion years! I sent in 60 to start and have received all of them back and can view them anytime I want. I really had no idea how much the cost would be and with the 25% coupon, I was pleasantly surprised since I didn't even ask my husbands permission thinking it would be like buying a car It was more like a new wardrobe which I needed! I need to see my kids when they were babies and they do too! I decided to buy the subscription because it is going to take me months to look at them, rename and get them in order. Just days ago, I boxed up the last 70 videos in my closet and sent to iMemories. Soon I will have all the videos I've ever taken able to view and share. Sharing is easy too. Granted, some of my videos are of poor quality and I would suggest some sort of discount for obvious videos that I might just toss but, it is what it is. How would I have any idea what is on them if I didn't get them converted. There is someone always available to talk to and I call for any reason haha The only negative is finding the time to view everything! I'm so happy there is a company that will do this and I highly recommend iMemories.

Very good service however, I feel like it was not clear that you would pay a large sum of money to get your memories converted and then they would charge you monthly in order to keep viewing them? Kind of messed up I paid over $600 dollars and now I am getting notifications that the viewership is going to expire?
I am very pleased with this company. I wanted a slide show done with music and they were unable to do that and I called and requested my money back and they were very understanding and gladly refunded my money. They were able to put all my vhs tapes onto DVD and me and my family has enjoyed watching them! Kinda pricy but I think you can't put a price on memories! I will be sending more videos in!
The box shipped to me as stated and was easy to return for processing. My expectation was that I would receive a preview prior to purchase. Unfortunately, my videos sent were not all labeled correctly and I had no way to view them, so I ended up paying for a lot of digital videos that I didn't really need at this time. Also, I thought that I would have access to the digital transfer indefinite and I keep receiving emails that I have to purchase a plan within a certain time and my videos will no longer be accessible. Apparently, there was fine print that I missed. This was not what I expected. I spent more than I wanted to. The quality from some of the tapes and videos are awful as well. I just had higher expectations of the outcome of the service.
I love love Imemories and was so surprised to see some of the footage I had not seen in over 50 years. Was very very surpised to see the footage of my wedding which was 50yrs ago and it was extra special since my soulmate has passed. THe other footage were so priceless to see my siblings as children and my parents so young. I plan on sending more film to be reprocessed on your sight. Thank you very much... such treasures!
I am very happy with the photos that were saved. I do have some concerns with the quality of the videos though. Some were quite degraded, not sure if there was an issue with the tapes or if it was something else, but the quality is much less clear than in the original.
My VHS tapes were digitized as promised. I did find the expensive "shipping box" purchase option confusing, as one doesn't need to buy a box from iMemories. After calling their customer service #, I got clarification. The service is a bit pricey, but I couldn't find anyone local to do this conversion. And, I couldn't find anything cheaper online. I would use them again.
As always i was very happy, i'm not going to rattle on and on. I said i was very happy. If i'm required to give an in detail commit this will be my last

I am very pleased with the digitized material I have received. It is stored in the "cloud" which makes it easily accessible to access and share. My only suggestion is that IMEMORIES should develop a "how to" instructional video to physically demonstrate how to use it's website. I myself am reluctant to begin any type of editing or reorganizing in fear of loosing some of my material forever. Not all people are computer literate when it comes to editing, uploading, downloading etc. A virtual visual demonstration of how to navigate all aspects of one's IMEMORIES personal website would be extremely helpful.
