I had 15 8mm tapes and 150 slides to digitize. All were done with speed and quality. I downloaded them and stored them in multiple places in my home and online for anytime access. I'm very happy with the service I received from imemories!
Despite knowing there were studios to take my vcr cam corded videos and photos to, my experience with memories was So easy and convenient. The turn over time was fast and being able to view at any time in my phone or laptop is incredibly fun. Thank you Imemoriea

It worked! It was so easy. They sent me a box to send the reel-to-reel movies in. I dropped it off at Fedex with the pre-printed label. Then I received an email that my movies were ready to view on the website. I went and watched them! A little later, I got my original reel-to-reel movies back in the mail. It's great.

Really liked quick response to phone calls and emails. Also great instructions for how to ship and mail. I think the quality of iMemories scanned results is wonderful! I never thought we would be able to save anything off of 35 year old VHS tapes. Wow!
Using the cloud storage was tricky for me. Moving files to download often locked up my computer, but then thankfully I'd receive an email telling me the files were ready.

I thought when I paid over $100.00 for 2 items that would include my videos being able to be viewed forever but now I have to order a DVD or disc drive to save my videos. And pat $9.99 each plus $12.99 for shipping. I have about 50 more videos to convert but I can not do it with imemories because it cost way too much.

I'm happy with the quality of work that I paid for. I'm also happy how quick it was to get the box to send my pictures in as well as how speedy it was to get them back. Overall, I'm impressed with this company and I'd use them again.

My experience was great for a first time experience. I am now just trying to figure out how to move forward with being able to have access to my videos in the future. I need to call to speak to someone to see exactly what my options are.
Unexpected subscription charges. I was not aware that in order to continue to access the recordings from the cloud, you had to pay a monthly or annual fee.
Overall, I am pleased with iMemories. The digital copies are very good, even the tapes that had previously be labeled "unable to convert." We successfully downloaded the digital copies to our desktop computer at home. As a backup, I also ordered a USB device with the photos and video, but when it arrived neither of our desktop computers were able to read the contents. I have since returned the device, and I'm waiting for an explanation for its problem and also a USB that will work. The process of the transfer--sending the slides/tapes, checking on the progress of the transfer, and the return of the original material--was very simple and efficient.
Converting was easy. Importing, was a little difficult but the help line was very patient with me. All smiles now.
