I think this was a simple, straightforward request. I got stiff armed by the person I spoke with. Disappointing!

I've been meaning to have my old (30+ years old) VHS tapes digitized so I could still access family treasures. I ordered the box and then had the (wrong!) idea that almost all of my tapes had some TV or commercial copyrighted data on them and they would not be put into digital format because of this. Lucky for me this company has a gal named Tracie who called to see if I was having any problems sending my tapes. She told me they do take tapes with copyrighted data but just copy the "home movie" portions! I was thrilled and when I got to see my Mom come in the door smiling and happy I cried tears of joy. She died 30 years ago and to see and hear her was a beautiful gift. Thankyou and I will now send in more!
All the videos were ready pretty quick. The transfer was awesome. I received my originals back in a timely manner.

Our adult children were excited when I told them we converting to digital and they couldn't wait to onnce again celebrate milestone experiences from birthdays and holidays to college graduations and special occasions. IMemories made the shipping process simple and flawless. Videos were converted to digital and began being posted on line within days after shipping the videos. Special attention was given to those tapes which needed TLC in the conversion process. Originals were returned as soon as the conversion process was completed. I would strongly recommend this great service to anyone who has been procrastinating about converting their video memories before their video tapes and old movies are damaged or lost forever!
