IMemory did an excellent job converting my old video tape. The process was very simple and they were able to give me a detail explanation of the process. Plan on having all my videos and pictures converted soon.
I still am a little confused about how to access and keep my digital product product. I think I can go in any time and look at them, I've been so busy I haven't been able to sit and view much of it. I keep seeing something about a cloud and I am confused that if I don't do this I have lost something

This is my second order with iMemories and each time it's been a great experience. The tapes were digitized far sooner than I expected and all came back safely. It's so convenient to finally have my home movies collected in one place where they are just a click away.
The young man in the movies was the father of those 3 young children -he fathered one more son before he died of brain cancer from exposure to agent orange. His children were able to see him and hear his voice-an unforgettable gift for them since they were 9, 6, 5 & 18 mo when he died.
