I was very pleased with the service. At first I was skeptical in sending in my home videos, for fear of losing them. But after I sent them in, I was notified when you all received them and was kept informed of the process. I will most definitely use this service again. Thanks for your great customer service. I just hope to be able to use coupons for a savings.

It was an great experience! I've been wanting to convert our old cassettes! My adult daughters have been really enjoying watching! The whole experience was easy, quick and efficient! Will recommend to friends and family!

I was so excited to get these back. Haven't been able to view them for years and it was alot of fun looking at them. Glad I finally did this and actually sent some more in to get converted over. Easy to view and save. Good quality too. These 8 mm videos are over 30 years old!

I can no longer view/download my pictures and have not had a chance to do so yet. Does this mean I spent $500 to have them converted to digital and can now only access them if I pay more money?

Imemories did a good converting my taps to digital films they did the job as advertised I'm pleased with the results

I have had tapes stored away for 30 years and no device to watch them on. Now I can watch them conveniently on my phone. Lots of laughs and old memories at my fingertips.

I sent in almost 27 tapes and discs, not really sure what was on them etc... I love how the converted files were all neatly titled! It was fairly priced especially after using the discount code they sent me upon arriving with my order. I will definitely be using them again!

They did amazing work! It is awesome for my family to access these videos from anywhere:-). The only reason I didn't give it five stars is there some poor communication on their part. They will still charge you for tapes that they can't convert until you ask them to remove those charges. So keep track of how many videos there should be.

Sending my family's 8mm tapes was easy and efficient. Our tapes were digitized quicker than expected. I am so glad that I decided to digitize these memories! The videos were so fun to share with my family and reminisce!

IMemory did an excellent job converting my old video tape. The process was very simple and they were able to give me a detail explanation of the process. Plan on having all my videos and pictures converted soon.

I still am a little confused about how to access and keep my digital product product. I think I can go in any time and look at them, I've been so busy I haven't been able to sit and view much of it. I keep seeing something about a cloud and I am confused that if I don't do this I have lost something
