Although this company converted my videos and photos in a prompt manner, it was hard to get to my account there. I had to reset my password each time I tried logging in, and it allowed me to use the same password each time. What's up with that?
Additionally, it seemed like the individual vhs tapes were divided into multiple videos with awkward cutoff points that created awkward beginnings for the next video. I am wondering now how I can edit and recombine a few of them to flow better.
I am very grateful, however, to have these films in a digital format.

My experience has been great! Customer service was wonderful the multiple times I called with questions both before and after I sent my media. Took only a couple weeks to receive all digital videos. Very easy to organize media on imemories website! Received my media back about a week after all downloads were complete! Great experience!
