Was as easy as promised, very happy. Good work with 50 plus yr old film.

How can it get more user friendly? Box up the tapes and view on the cloud!

I have my digital items and the originals were returned. My only questions are how to load the digital images to my web site and to my flash drive. I paid for the first year of storage so that I would have time to figure it all out.
Also I found 3 more VHS tapes with special family events from years ago. How do I get an order to pick them up for pricing and adding to my memories page?

I loved my conversions to a USB Flash drive. My family can watch this anytime we want! Some of these pictures, were long gone from our memories, until now! Thank you! We all appreciate ALL your efforts, to give these memories back to us...

I love having my memories at my fingertips on my phone! And theta are easy to share with my kids and family. The old media were quickly and safely returned, and the additional movies were added to my account quickly!

I was under the impression ALL of my VHS tapes would be converted to a DVD. Do I have to now pay MORE to have them on DVD? I do NOT want to pay a monthly fee for the Cloud.

Please reply with information as to why there is such a disconnect.

I sent in 27 video tapes that were between 25 and 30+ years old. So happy I did, it is great to have them digitalized. A lot of the tapes are of my daughter. She had never seen her baby videos. I just sent in 9 more video tapes that I found, can't wait to get them back.

I am pleased with my decision ti digitize my family photos. I am in my 70's so dealing with the cloud is a challenge for me but I am learning!

So many friends have followed my recommendation and digitized their video footage and have reported that it was one of the best gifts that they'd ever given to their families! Our three grown daughters love watching these and sending funny clips to all of us.
