I'm very pleased with imemories and intend to send more home movies for them to convert/digitize in the future.

Though at first I questioned spending the money to convert old films to digital I'm so happy that I did! What's a lifetime of memories worth? I had video as old as 1959 that can now be shared with my family. Turn around was within 48 hours upon receiving my payment. I highly recommend!

You converted old movies but they néed to be edited…. Wish I could that to make them more enjoyable to watch.
It's great to have my old vhs tapes turned digital. I haven't looked through them all yet.
I'm so pleased to have these excellent memories preserved in a secure, usable format. Imemories made the process so simple and easy. I messed up my online order and had to call customer service who responded right away and helped resolve and restore everything within minutes. They even helped me obtain a discount I was unaware of. I highly recommend imemories and have been telling all my friends.

Got most of my items developed. There was an older movie film that could not be done. The pictures and slides all came out good. I do wish I would have had them all put on a cd or usb and not stored in the cloud. I do not want to have to pay to see my pictures in the future. Since all this new technology for pictures and memories is stuff I don't understand, I have a hard time downloading things from other sources, such as the cloud. I don't want to lose all my pictures, so now I probably will have to pay to see them!
Delighted to have my movies digitized, but disappointed there isn't greater clarity as to how to trim unwanted portions of files; I wound up losing the portion I wanted to save, but saved the portion I wanted to trim. I'm hoping there is a way to recover what I've lost.
I sent in 97 videos before I left on a three week trip and they were all digitized before my return! And I am pleased with the labeling job they did. Not sure why they weren't in order on the site but that was a quick fix. Two were not digitized and I need to follow up on those. I do wish for customers there was easier way to log-in to the site where my videos are and how to sign up for the subscription. Everything seems to take me to iMemories ads which is annoying.
