I sent in 97 videos before I left on a three week trip and they were all digitized before my return! And I am pleased with the labeling job they did. Not sure why they weren't in order on the site but that was a quick fix. Two were not digitized and I need to follow up on those. I do wish for customers there was easier way to log-in to the site where my videos are and how to sign up for the subscription. Everything seems to take me to iMemories ads which is annoying.
VHS conversion to Digital looks amazing. I definitely recommend this company to whom ever is looking for great quality work with fast turnaround time.

I was shocked when IMemories informed me so quickly that they had received my order and were ready to process it. Especially since I had mistakenly opted for land handling instead of air freight. My colleagues of the 2003 vacation tour of the Canary Islands delighted seeing the videos I recorded online. Great job, iMemories.
My husband passed away and converting these home videos for my children reminding them how wonderful he was when they were little and how much fun we all had together ~ can not put a price on how much healing and comfort this has brought to my family.
I was told the first time I spoke to IMemories before the order was sent, that mold would be taken care of. Well it wasn't and I was charged anyway. I did get a refund after a while, but I still have to deal with the mold.
Imemories is a wonderful organization simplifying the process of converting years of old vhs and 8mm tapes to digital files for my whole family to enjoy. I sent my 24 year old daughter files from her infancy to teenage years. We shared many laughs over the memories and enjoyed seeing a grandfather who had passed away in his earlier years. It has truly been a gift to my family!

Them off my computer. I thought they would come back on disk or something I could put in my machine and look at.

This was a terrific experience. We had a bunch of old videos, mostly when the kids were young, but had no way to look at them. Now we all can access and watch them easily. My wife and I love them, and so do the (now adult) kids. It couldn't have been simpler or more convenient.
I Love how my Mom 's old photos turned out. They were so much better than what I thought they would be. I will be sending more photos in to iMemories.
The resultion was really bad, gave them 2 video tapes and recieved 5 videos. All videos are mixed and Idk what part is first and no start

My daughter gifted me with the iMemories box. After filling it, mailing it was simple. I slide that large box right into the receptable. Soon after I received a notice that my box had been received and that it was being digitized. IMemories stayed in touch with me frequently. Once my memories were ready, it was great to be able to click on a link and see movies that we hadn't watched in years. I sent VHS tapes and 8mm cassettes. The idea of sitting through all those hours to find what was on each one was enough to encourage me to allow iMemories to do the hard work. I have been delighted to see decades melt away from our family as we watched those "growing up" memories and it was especially tender to see those members of our family who are no longer with us physically, talk and laugh again.
