All good but I was only able to share 2 vidoes, now I am not able to do that. Apparently I only had 2 more weeks to figure it out and I had to pay more money to keep them in the cloud.

Don't get me wrong, the videos were great, Just the stress of figuring out what to do with them from this point and then having to spend more money. I work full time and it is summer time. This has just been a stressful process for me.

Their process is fantastic. I sent 1000 photos and several VHS tapes and everything was back within 3 weeks.

My negatives sat in an envelope for 23 years. I sent them to iMemories for developing and received my photos back electronically very quickly. The whole process was smooth, quick, and easy.

I need help in seperating the photos into catagories. Can I assign different passwords to different sets of pictures?

I felt the overall cost to convert was too high.
Some videos were scratchy and there was no audio, however this was explained to me prior to having the work done.
I was surprised that there were several videos that did not convert correctly.

I had an excellent experience. They were on time and walked me thru the whole thing. 2 of my family members are going to send there videos in too.

The whole process was excellent. The order box had all the instructions laid out, easy shipping and rapid conversion once they received the package. I had to email them to confirmed they received it, but got a rapid reply. Very happy with the overall process and outcome.

Receiving each picture or video was really like opening a gift. It was so exciting to see what was in these old negatives and cassettes from decades ago. Being able to share the link with family instantaneously was the best!

Twice now, I have sent reels of Super 8mm film and iMemories has done a stellar job in transferring them to digital. It's wonderful to see friends and family from so long ago, in long lost family films! Thank you iMemories for giving me the chance to see long lost relatives and family alive on the screen once more. Now saved forever as a digital file and I can watch them anytime I want.

Other than the slight snafu during the process of paying (whuch was asdressed abd rectified immediately) it was a great experience and I highly recommend

Easy to pack VHS tapes to iMemories and view online. It could have been done at home but much easier (and less stressful) for iMemories to handle the entire process. Thank you.

Once IMemories received my mini DV tapes, it only took a couple of days for me to received electronic versions of the videos.

Stunned that they were able to digitize one of my vcr tapes that had survived hurricane Katrina. It took a bit more effort but they communicated early in letting me know it was taking longer. I honestly had little hope. But they did it. They got every bit of it. Blown away.
