I was so excited to see the videos of my family from years ago. They did an amazing job of converting the tapes to digital video.
Memories has been more than helpful assisting in this new process. For me it's been a long process, but as soon as I spoke with them confidence went up and we got it done. Videos from VHS are wonderful!

I've thoroughly enjoyed looking at my memories from so long ago. A little disappointed that after the great expense of having them converted I don't get unlimited access without trying to find a way to download them all which is quite difficult. I feel like for the cost I should be able to access them on the account indefinitely.
Imemories made it super easy to view our precious memories. Not all videos were converted, so if they had errors I wish they would have told us.
So easy and fast turnaround. I love being able to bring old memories up to date.

I was expecting to get an USB from you with my memories on my order. As I was not happy I let the company know about my issues. They immediately reached me out and answered all my questions. I am very happy with my memories to share with family and friends!

The process of sending my VHS tapes was easy and they were converted to digital with little wait time. Viewing the digital was not as easy but the clarity of the video was not very good. When you watched VHS tapes there was a 'tracking' button to allow you to adjust the wavy movement of the video but these digital videos distort the view and there is no way to correct the issue making it irritable to watch the videos. I had 14 VHS tape converted and at this point I'm just satisfied that I have an alternate way of watching them.
We had a great experience with iMemories - they had our videos uploaded and labeled super fast and we can now access all of them on the fly via the iMemories app. It's been so special and fun to watch videos that we havent seen in 20+ years.

I almost feel as if I was a victim of a scam. I'm not technology savvy so didn't understand some of the jargon in the ads. I can't believe that of the videos I sent in there was 5 minutes worth of film on each one. I know they had to be much longer than that. But how do I prove it. Also there's two home movies missing when I got the originals back. If I had gotten back what I thought I was going to get back and could edit it the way I thought I would be able to it would have been way more than worth it. But little snippets from the film rolls here and there, well it's not anywhere near worth what I paid. I would have done more films each month until I got everything transferred over but there's other places that are cheaper and I'm going to look into the other places. Sorry Imemories, I was just very disappointed.
