My experience with iMemories was predominantly good. The quality of the digital media was great. I appreciate that I could buy shipping materials, however I wish that there were options for the size of the box used. I could have easily shipped my materials in a smaller package which I assume would ultimately save iMemories money. I'm pleased with the quick turnaround after they received my materials but the shipping was slow. For a company that takes dated media formats and converts to digital, I expected more ease of use in their website and user portal. It isn't very intuitive and feels clunky. All in all, I would probably use iMemories again. It was good enough for the price and I'm satisfied.

I was very nervous about sending my VHS tapes to Imemories, but I have been wanting to get them converted to digital! Wow, was I impressed with how easy it was! Ordered my box, packed my VHS tapes in the bags and boxed them up, and took the plunge and sent my family memories off! The response was so quick and before I knew it, I was viewing my memories on my phone! It was so exciting to start seeing all those memories with such an easy process! I will definitely be sending more tapes soon! Thank you, Imemories!

Our VHSs have been put away and have been there. We decided to watch these movies. We where amazed at the memories that haven't been seen. For a long time. When we realized that our family hasn't seen some at all, we. Saw the imemories advertisement. We weren't disappointed. Not only can we watch them, All of our family now has them also. There were pictures of people who had passed away. So glad we went with imemories. We found a couple we hadn't been sent yet but will be sent later.

We had several old Betamax tapes and iMemories was able to convert them to digital.

I have sent two VHS videos to iMemories in the past few months to be transferred to digital format. Was amazed at the quick reply and process. Received my digital videos and was able to move to flash drives. Reproduction was excellent and process so easy. My original VHS videos were returned, packed perfectly. Price very reasonable. Will definitely use again.

I found all of my son's high school football videos after thinking they have been lost for the last 20 years! I sent them into imemories and converted them and gave them to my son on his 40 th birthday!
He was so surprised and touched, even got a little choked up! The vidoes look even clearer than they did on the tape!

Very happy with the company. It was easy to pack and sent off my tapes and pictures. The digitized results came back very qiickly. It was alot of fun work to review and edit every thing. We were very happy with the final edited version. When we called with questions, each person we talked to was very friendly and helpful. Loved the entire process.

I was pleased to also get my old films back. I haven't tried the digital usb yet. Hope it works. I sent in more film last week but I haven't heard anything back yet that iMemories has received them. I dropped it off at Walgreens.
