The 8mm tapes from the handheld recorders came out great. I was hoping on the VHS tapes that they would be able to clear up the wavy lines and static. But still love being able to watch them with my family.

We were quoted an initial price once we received the package. Included in the package was an additional 25%off coupon.
IMemories contacted us after they reviewed the contents on what we sent them and then quoted us a price. This price was 4 times more than the original quoted price. After going back and forth with them, they adjusted the price without the additional 25% off.
These practices did not instill trust with us, especially with handling some of our most trusted memories. We will unfortunately not be using iMemories in the future.

I was able to watch videos I haven't seen in decades - some I didn't even remember I had! The communication was great and my items were returned promptly and safely.

I was happy with the finished project but was a bit mislead by the total cost. Didn't realize the added cost of shipping the videos back and the extra cost of receiving a disc until I had already shipped the videos.
Overall - great. The app itself isn't my favorite - not a lot of options and format of how videos are viewed could use some work. But it's all about the end product and that's stellar! Thank you.

The experience was fantastic! They sent me a box to safely send my memories to them, within a few days I was able to see the first couple videos online and after a couple weeks they were all online and my originals were being packaged and sent back to me. Overall it was pretty fast and I couldn't be happier.

Great service, everything worked great except that the video resolution is low
IMemories was fast on shipping and converting my 8mm tapes to digital. I was having difficulty downloading so I called customer service. They were very friendly and helpful. I was on the old website and that is why I was not able to download. It would be nice if they included directions on how to download. I also had a tape that was messed up and they couldn't digitize it but didn't let me know until I called and asked why I was missing one tape. They refunded me for one tape after I asked about it. For the amount of money I spent on this it would be nice to be able to retrieve the movies on the website any time I would like to. But unfortunately you have to buy access to them after one month. I'm glad I finally converted my family video tapes but will do more research for next time.
IMemories is really a fantastic place to bring your memories back to life. My dad is gone but now his memory is back in video. Totally love this!
