I thought I would never see these 8mm and 16 mm movies again! Received my movies in digital form as well as my reels back and I can't believe how fast! The digitals came out wonderfully! Thank you iMemories!

I am pleased with the quality of the digital videos made from my vhs tapes. However, I didn't know I was going to be required to pay monthly to contribute to view them. Is this explained up front? My husband lost his job and I'm canceling a lot of subscriptions. Can't pick this one up. Sad
I think you should let you customers know this before charging and converting
I send a box (from iMemories) if my old takes and got them back digitally so quickly and in an awesome format! I am getting ready to send more now! I highly recommend iMemories to transfer your old tapes!

The overall process was simple. I was a bit disappointed in the quality of some of the digital images. There were dust artifacts on quite a few images.
I had a great experience with imemories. Try let me know when my videos arrived there and gave updates on the progress. Everything was finished just as they said within the 2 weeks, and my originals were sent back. I only wish there was a way they could have done the 2 videos that had "copyrighted" material. Back in the day when we taped movies off the tv and then taped the kids over the movie. I don't care about the movies, just wish I could get the rest of the family videos. But they did what they said in the time they said they would. I definitely would recommend them.

IMemories successfully converted 8mm film over 70 years old to digital at a very reasonable price. Customer service is excellent. It's easy to reach a knowledgeable person on the phone.

I needed instructions to work on my albums and was given a chance to speak to more than one of your employees. Each one was patient, knowledgeable, and answered my many questions.
The time it took to digitize my items once received was fast as expected. The only thing was I was not made aware in any of the research I did that I would be charged to ship my items back to me. I knew I would be charged to ship them to Imemories but not back.
Also some type of estimate for digitize saving options such as flash drive, cloud etc would be helpful prior to ordering the box.
Very efficient and prompt did three batches and all the originals have ben returned too. Will do business with you again and recommend you to others
