Sending in our videos and movies to imemories was so simple, and they were returned promptly and in excellent condition. I was so excited to see some footage online that I thought had been lost in the shuffle as we moved around on 3 continents for 20 years. It will be a grand time this Thanksgiving as our grandchildren and great's watch us and their parents grow up before our eyes on film. We're looking forward to that!

I have received the box of video's, CD's, etc.
I did want to check them but I have not had time, so I guess it is alright.
My older VHS tapes did not turn out as good as I had hoped for, however they were older and I sent them in a year or so ago. Anyway the quality seems to better for the more recent ones. I know you have restructured your prices, I do still appreciate your 50% off, and I am in the process of sending more. I work 5 days a week and only have weekends to do everything.

As I suspect with many others, old video tapes of various vintages and types are squirreled away in the basement or attic. Getting them digitized was fantastic as I was able to live those precioius times again, and share with other friends and family. Do NOT delay. Get those memories saved forever! Worth every penny!

Not enough directions to know how to edit.( how to put them in correct order, how to delete, etc)
I am very pleased with having my old videos of family saved to digital format. I downloaded them from iMemories website & put them on external hard drives, but the best part was being able to share them with my adult grandchildren. They loved being able to click on a link to view them. I also extended the cloud service for a year.

Too expensive for what you get. I sent in 5 video tapes, only one was converted because they said the others had copyright issues. Fine, but they didn't even explain that that, they just sent them back with no explanation. I only found out because I inquired and they wanted to charge me for all 5.
I waited far too long to convert my old super 8 and vhs tapes from the 1990- early 2000's. We have loved how organized the album's came! Easy to use too! Incredible memories!
