Sent VHS videos in 2020 and didn't hear back from Company until 2022. Just glad my videos of family not lost. Got them when I paid for them, but wasn't contacted to pay earlier. Now it seems this is a cloud subscription for accessing videos online, so they are safe.
Hi Kathy, It looks like when ordering your ShipKit you entered your email with a typo- it looks like you called to correct that with us in July 2022. Unfortunately we cannot know the provided email is a wrong email address. We can definitely provide extra online access if this is helpful. Our subscriptions are optional for long-term access and storage of the media in the cloud. If you do not want to subscribe it is important to back your media up in some other way like downloading (no additional cost) or ordering DVDs/USB drive. I have received all my old fashioned videos and many many pictures on a DVD and I can treasure these for a lifetime. I also received my originals back. I'm extremely pleased even though costly $$
Good basic conversion of old VHS tapes to digital, at a somewhat reasonable cost. Safe, reliable shipping, timely conversion - overall about a 2-week period. The only downside, no real "enhancement" of videos like they advertise; although they do work through almost any VHS tape problem (crinkled/broken). And there is no "editing" of videos on their web-site. You must download all the videos, edit using your own software on your own computer.

I was bummed that my wedding tape was in bad shape and nothing could be done it but thats not your fault. But i think i paid way to much.

This was our second video transfer with iMemories, and both were great.

I have sent the oldest camera videos I had (50+ years) that I felt could never be revived, along with slides taken by my parents on international travels long ago. Everything has come out perfectly, and our whole family is enjoying them. I also recommended iMemories to my brother, and he too has been delighted with both the results and the service we always receive. I have had numerous phone calls with their staff, and they return calls promptly, which is also a blessing!

What a wonderful and easy way to digitize old memories. My family wasn't sure we would ever have a way to watch these old home movies again so we couldn't be happier with imemories. Also there was some trouble with one video and when I called customer service, the representative was so helpful and fixed the problem while I was on the phone with her. I can't recommend this enough.

The conversion quality was only OK. I had VHS and super 8 film converted. The super 8 film converted had very poor sound quality and sounded like the munchkins on helium and speed. In some of the VHS conversions the picture was not cropped properly.
Yes I am glad that I had them converted but the quality of conversion was not there.

I felt very comfortable using the prepaid shipping box, the turnaround time was even quicker than I expected, and it was so easy to access and view my videos.
