The turnaround for converting the videos was very quick. I originally had an issue when I first sent them in, and customer service did a great job with reaching out to me and correcting the situation. The videos are clear and easy to download to then put on a flash drive or DVD.
IMemories is a solid company. I have used them twice and both time I would rate them easy to use, fast turn around, good follow up with emails/communication and an overall great experience. The quality from 8mm to digital download is not as good as I hoped which is probably due to technology differences in the different mediums. However, I was very satisfied to receive my memories and have the original tapes returned promptly. Yes, I would use IMemories again!

IMemories did a fantastic job of converting over 150 VHS, Mini-DV, Super 8, DVD, and 16mm formatted pieces. The service is fast and the quality is excellent; most of the VHS conversions are better than the original tapes. Now all the old family videos are preserved, digitally, forever and so easy to access and share! The app is really nice and makes access/viewing quick and easy. I also received all my originals back in great condition. A Great Value and they lived up to their claims on their website.

I had spent a lot of time organizing the slides chronologically and was very pleased that the digitized versions were set up in the same order. What a pleasure it is to see the pictures again that were taken in the late 1950s through the late 1970s. IMemories did a great job and I would use them again.
Sent two reels of 16 mm color movies, about 200 feet of film each to be converted. Movies were made in 1953. Conversion works fine as mp4 video files, about 400 MB each. Cost was around $250 per reel. Turn around time was reasonable few weeks.
Everything was done timely and efficiently. It was a little pricey but my family has enjoyed watching the videos together so it was worth it.

Just completed my second order from iMemories, and am as satisfied and delighted as I was the first time! The first time I was especially worries because I had not only precious family memories on film -- no duplicates in existence -- but I sent them two student sound film on Super 8. I was worried about receiving my originals back! This time i didn't have that worry, and i did get everything returned to me, shipped back as quickly and as securely as I had sent them, if not more so! I do have some more videos that i would like to transfer! I know i can call Lorraine and she will be as helpful and delightful as always!

I wish I had done this sooner. I spent so much time trying to find working equipment in order to do conversions myself because I was afraid of sending our items off, but everything with iMemories went so well that I am kicking myself for not sending them our materials sooner. We sent 36 items and had the conversions and originals back in hand within 2-3 weeks. These tapes would have been useless to us forever without iMemories.

The whole process of dealing with mailing and getting back all of the tapes was easy and quick. The box is the size that fits in any dropbox which made life easier. This might not be the cheapest company to transfer files but it is certainly a friendly, easy, trustworthy process with quick digital files online to watch very quickly. I highly recommend iMemories.
