I had 40+ years of VHS and 8 mm tapes I had dragged around with me for decades. I finally took the plunge, sent them in, imemories converted them and oh my gosh! I saw videos of my babies at every age, time spent with my honey at birthday parties, anniversaries, graduations, vacations. And to see and hear the voices of those who are no longer with us, it was priceless.
I thought the quality would be "improved" as I read this in a review that was posted prior to my purchase. This is one of the main reasons I made this purchase. But the quality was not improved, so disappointed in that.
Our family vhs tapes were converted quickly and were easy to access! The return of the tapes was also completed in a timely manner as well.

The turnaround for converting the videos was very quick. I originally had an issue when I first sent them in, and customer service did a great job with reaching out to me and correcting the situation. The videos are clear and easy to download to then put on a flash drive or DVD.
IMemories is a solid company. I have used them twice and both time I would rate them easy to use, fast turn around, good follow up with emails/communication and an overall great experience. The quality from 8mm to digital download is not as good as I hoped which is probably due to technology differences in the different mediums. However, I was very satisfied to receive my memories and have the original tapes returned promptly. Yes, I would use IMemories again!
