I chose to have my stuff delivered online. They were easy to access and although it took some doing figuring out how to get the files transferred to Dropbox, it worked. The quality was fine as far as could tell. Some of the 8mm videos were pretty old but they worked. The sound was fine. My originals came back quickly.
I ordered the shipping box which worked fine, but it was not at all clear that my included discount applied to only the first step in the process, I. E. the conversion to digital. It was not at all clear from the instructions in the box that to get the dvd disks that I actually wanted there would be an ADDITIONAL charge for a separate item. When I received only my original video tapes in return it became clear that I had to spend more money.

I was VERY grateful that you have human contact at customer support. I was sending in irreplaceable VHS tapes and the woman explained how the mail in process and return process worked. This gave me the confidence to trust your company.

I sent my media in for digital conversion. Process was simple via the website. The work was great. We were able to get our videos in a few weeks time. I would use this company again.

I am a little concerned that I now have to pay a monthly or yearly subscription to keep these after paying so much to have them converted.

I'm happy with being able to see old memories but don't like the fact that it's not constantly available and you have to purchase viewing on iCloud after one month. I'm not going to, but for me that was a huge drawback. It all is expensive enough!
I was disappointed that you couldn't do anything with the broken VHS tape. It is what it is.
Some of the movies were grainy. I haven't seen them in years, maybe the originals were.
Overall, I was pleased with them. Brought back a lot of memories.
The process was very easy and fast! I chose to download my digital files, which was also very easy. All my original videos and photos were returned in the exact condition and in a timely fashion as well.
I shipped all my VHS and mini tapes off and was able to get them converted and have enjoyed sharing with family and friends. I wasn't able to afford to get my negatives done at this time which was disappointing
Was SO great to be able to watch the old videos again. They werent able to transfer my son's commercial he did when he was 5 due to it being copyrighted I guess so still have to search that out being done.
