I shipped all my VHS and mini tapes off and was able to get them converted and have enjoyed sharing with family and friends. I wasn't able to afford to get my negatives done at this time which was disappointing
Was SO great to be able to watch the old videos again. They werent able to transfer my son's commercial he did when he was 5 due to it being copyrighted I guess so still have to search that out being done.

My one and only son is almost 40 yrs old. I let imemories to take 15 VHS tapes, 15 cassettes tapes and about 10 DVD's of my son and put them on One USB (thumb drive, flash drive, what ever it is called) I could not believe all my son's birth to about 15 yrs old was one little flash drive. I had imemories make 2 more USB's drives one for my son and one for his father (my ex-husband) at my cost, so everyone could have the memories. It took imemories about 3 months to put them over, but very satisfied with the coping. It is a little pricey, but what else are you going to do with VHS tapes and cassette tapes. You are not going to watch them, that way. Plus when you die, and everyone dies what is going to happen to your old VHS, cassettes, DVD's? Someone is going to come in your home clean it out, throw them out. Move your memories to USB drives now. Give everyone a USB drive. Make everyone happy now
IMemories is seriously legit. I wasted money on another company first and 3 VHS tapes took over 3 months to process and were unwatchable. Then I found out about iMemories. The reviews I researched were so wonderful that I decided to try one more time and sent the 3 VHS tapes to them. In ONE WEEK I had beautifully processed digital conversions of those VHS tapes. They also quickly returned the tapes to me. The digital conversion of the tapes was so wonderful and clear that I literally cried with joy when I watched it. I was flabbergasted at the difference in the companies. I then downloaded the iMemories app and happily paid the annual fee for the iCloud storage space on their server so my digital memories are always available for me to watch on my Apple TV. The app works great. So convenient! There is unlimited storage and I still have a ton of Hi8 tapes to send to them to process. The processing fee is very reasonable and you can send things in for them to process as you can afford it. I'm so happy I discovered them. Learn from my mistake. I was taken in by the glossy brochures of the other company, blew a lot of money, and waited over 3 months for garbage before I found iMemories. They are the ONLY way to go.

Additionally, received a quick response to my questions on viewing the converted digital images. Appreciate that time and efficiency was considered with our precious memories.

I had no idea what was on videos and what a surprise it was to relive those sweet memories of such a long time ago. Best idea ever to get these formatted to where I can view them with family. Many tears, but also just as much laughter. Thank you for having this company to do this for people. Turn around time was surprising as well. I think I got everything done in less than a month!
IMemories are great to work with from placing the order, receiving the link to download them, to getting them mailed back to me. I highly recommend using them. It was great looking back at our family films that I never got around to converting myself. We were always sceptical about sending them to anyone, but we were very pleased how professional this was.
