I have been wanting to digitize and preserve these super eight films from my youth to share with my family, for a long, long time. I was concerned that they may be too fragile to handle, as they went through a house fire, in 1970, and I have been lugging them around from place to place since then. I am very happy with the quality of the digitized films. The shipping and delivery was seamless, and it was ready in about half the time! The response from my family is so precious to me! The only blip in this review is that it was difficult to share initially, until I bought an annual storage package. I just needed to go back and read the instructions more carefully!
It was so great to view our old videos on the computer and with editing capabilities, they turned out great. Customer service answered all my questions for easy access. Will definitely be sending more. Referred to all my family & friends.

I am very pleased with the VHS copying. The service was fast and efficient. It was all they promised and more. My original VHS videocassettes were returned to me. The only thing I would recommend is that it should be easier for a customer to edit the videos. I wanted to delete the last 40 minutes or so of one of my videos. I couldn't figure out how to do that. I tried but it didn't work. When I received the USB flash drive I couldn't delete that bad footage from it either. I probably shouldn't say this but you don't need to order multiple USBs. I found I could make multiple copies of that USB with my computer and also keep the video on my hard drive. I should be able to do that anyway because it is my video. I own it and shot it myself. But I still can't delete that bad footage from the copies. Oh well, you can't have everything...
Being able to look at family movies from 45 years ago is a gift I hope everyone will enjoy. IMemories was fast and reliable.
Hello, overall we were very impressed with the service. Had the pictures in exactly the order I wanted them scanned in, in separate bags and separated by year. They were scanned in by year but not in order. So that is frustrating. And was hoping the quality of the video/audio would have turned out better but in know you can only do so much. Thank you for taking good care of our items and your service.

The beginning of the process went smoothly, but I thought by paying and choosing to have them available on the cloud, that was the end of it, Now they're telling me they will no longer be available without a monthly or yearly fee. Very disappointing.
All movies turned out nicely, and like that they are labeled. All done in a timely matter. I received all my tapes back in good condition.

OVERALL OK. QUICK TO CONVERT FILMS TO DIGITAL. WEBSITE IS NOT ALWAYS RELIABLE. SOMETIMES FILMS WILL NOT PLAY CORRECTLY. INSTRUCTIONS ON EDITING NOT CLEAR
Thank you so much for making this a very easy and quick process of converting our old family video to a digital format! We had over 40 reels of 8mm film and several VHS videos with no way to view them. IMemories did a great job of bringing our childhood memories to life!

I have transferred over 100 VHS tapes to Digital. I love the results. Being able to see my family in a instant and share those memories brings me such joy. I will be sending them the rest of my tapes.
